Caught and Abused

Part 5.

Ch 13.

Rowen felt his sign flare to life on his for-head. The light was blinding he struggled to lift a trembling hand to shield his eyes. Rowen didn't know if he should cry in pain, cry in joy scream in anger or scream in bliss. Considering if he screamed his head would fall off. Plus all he'd been able to do for what he guessed would be maybe 4 ,5 days he wasn't sure of the time , was cry . He chose not to Cry only hold on tightly to the cross around his neck the only thing he had left and pray the guys reached him and Cye soon.

Cye grabbing a hold of the bars of his cell pulled him self to his feet his wrist was on fire and he was certain he had broken 3 maybe 4 ribs he wasn't sure. His sign glowed brightly he knew the others must be very close for them to be able to contact each other. Through the powerful walls even he couldn't feel Rowen which was NOT a good thing.
"Come on guys.... come on". His heart was heavy both Rowen and his marble had been taken away in a fight they could not help. Cye glanced up-ward to the roof unsure it would work and really not caring if there was no chance he closed his eyes and opened his heart and mind.

~" KENTO! SAGE! RYO! IF YOU GUYS CAN HEAR ME WE'RE CLOSE WELL I AM I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ROWEN! RIGHT UNDER YOU! ROWEN WAS BAD OFF LAST I SAW HIM YOU GUYS NEED TO HURRY! HEADS UP FOR THE WARLORDS THEY ARE STILL HERE AND LURKING AROUND DOWN HERE PLEASE GUYS HURRY! I DON'T KNOW IF THIS WILL WORK BUT I HAVE NO CHOICE IF IT DOESN'T PLEASE HURRY!"~

Cye shouted in his mind and nearly collapsed catching him self on the wall of his cell weakly he whispered.

...."Please".....

Sage stopped mid-swing and looked at Ryo wide eyed paying no heed to the next wave heading there way.

"Ryo ! Did you hear that?!" Sage called across the battle field.

Ryo looked up hearing Sage call all he could do was nod. Ryo knocked the next 'tin can' down with a elbow shot to the head. He shook his head ignore the puff of blackish green spoke the escaped it's remained he called out to Kento.

"Kento! they're alive we need to finish this NOW and get to them!" Ryo shouted across the felid of crumbled 'cans'

Kento nodded and brought his weapon to arms.

"IRON ROCK CRUSHER"!!!!

Sage getting the hint followed Kento's lead.

"THUNDER BOLT CUT"!!!!

Ryo nodded and turned facing the next wave drawing both blades at once his eyes radiation fury .

"FLARE UP NOW"!!!!!

In a instant the entire fleet was no more. Sage looked at Ryo. Ryo looked at Kento . Kento looked at Sage. They all nodded at once a hint of a smile on each face though also a look of grim hope. Kento walked around until finding the place that Cye's call had been the loudest. he placed the 'butt' of his weapon on the ground and seemed to be focusing really hard. He knew if he gave a full force attack and Cye and / or Rowen were down there it would kill them both. The ground around his weapon started to shake and slowly a rut and the a crater and finally a hole formed straight down into something Hollow . Something that looked an awful lot like a prison. Kento looked up ignoring the sweat on his brow he grinned at Ryo and Sage and said one word.

"Jackpot"

Sage ignored him and slipped into the hole hardly large enough for him to fit down. as soon as he landed he went into 'full alert' his eyes darting around and his ears alert he saw nothing but figured even though most had came to the surface to attack them he was certain they wouldn't leave them un guarded. He slowly walked forward not jumping in the slightest when he heard 2 thumps behind him no doubt Kento and Ryo.

Cye's eyes widened and standing was suddenly very important. He stood shaking slightly, relying heavily on holding onto the cell. He'd eaten 3 days ago and drank water today but he was still in fairly bad shape, his wrist didn't help matters any. He heard people coming but the steps weren't heavy like the 'tin cans' or warlords; they where moving quickly and they still clanged when they stepped. Cye prayed he was right that the guys had finally come.

Ryo led the way down the dirty narrow hallway, guided by the spirit of his armor as Sage and Kento followed close behind. All three were gripping their weapons tightly as they moved down the hall. They were silent, hardly daring to breathe, knowing that any time a Dynasty soldier, or even a warlord could appear.

Sage held his breath, hoping they would come close to Rowen at any minute. He knew his friend was suffering immensely, and it hurt deeply. Much more than he could ever imagine. It was as if he himself were being tortured, the very pain of it was almost too great to bear.

"It's too quiet," Ryo muttered.

"Isn't that they way we want it?" Kento asked.

"No. If it's quiet like this, no telling what might show up and attack us. We have to stay on our guard."

Kento frowned deeply. This was just terrific. Why couldn't this be easier on them? It was true that he normally liked a good fight, but he was so worried about Cye, he just wanted to rescue him and get him home where he belonged.

Rowen saw movement out of the corner of his eye he noticed Cale stand and draw his sword saying something to Dais before moving down the passage way. 'The guys must be getting close for Tulpa to call out the big guns' Rowen though keeping his eyes shielded from the stronger , brighter light on his forehead. Some how he knew Cye was safe they where close to him. He didn't know how or why he knew it but he did.

Rowen forced him self not to fall back into that blissful thing called 'out like a light', and focus on him self trying to figure out what kind of shape he was in. he needed to know what he could and couldn't do if-WHEN the guys got to him. He made a mental note of what was wrong with him.

1- He had basically nothing on what was left of a tank top and shorts, ripped off by repeated beating. Most of what was on him was held on by dried blood and that wasn't a lot.

2- He couldn't move his face. It seemed too stiff from the painful mixture of fresh and dried blood, most of his facial wounds came from Cale and the pointed bridge across his knuckles.

3- He hadn't had food or drink sense he had arrived his tongue was way to large which was making breathing a really tough challenge.

4- he was starving.

5- his breathing was labored he wasn't sure how many but he knew he'd broken a number of ribs and by the blood that came from his mouth he was certain a rip had nicked a lung

6- He was certain his left elbow was broken as he could see the bone from being slammed into the ground..

7- His mind was in chaos.

8- it got worse the physical could hold a flame to the mental scares.

9- he had been insulted verbally

10 - told he was nothing

11- and considerably worse stuff. he didn't have the gut to think of at this point in time .

He whimpered in pain and he rolled over to his side off his chest which had done nothing but labor his breathing more so.

"Your out of luck Spider " He spat as he looked in Dais direction .

As he struggled not to be blinded by his sign which had flared to life.

Turning from watching the direction Cale had vanished from he turned and glared at the Ronin. A meek shadow of him self and yet he was still alive enough to taunt a great warlord such as he! Dais eyes flashes in fury and moved forward flinging the cell door open . His lips curled up in a snarl.

"You are Dead Ronin rodent"!

Cye could hear the footsteps getting closer and closer with each step they took. He held onto the bars desperately feeling his strength slowly ebbing away. Was it just him or did everything seem so distant? He had no idea, but he did know that he could barely see. Everything was so hazy to him, and he felt as if he were in a small room that was constantly spinning at a 45 degree angle. He groaned and closed his eyes, wishing in vain that he was anywhere at all but in this misery.

The footsteps were getting closer and closer, his kanji burned brightly on his forehead, and he winced from the intensity of it.

“Come on guys,” he whispered softly. “I know you’re near. Please hurry!”

“Well, well, well, Torrent,” said a familiar voice. Cye weakly lifted his head and stared at the blurry shape before him. Even though his vision was completely hay wired he could tell without any difficulty who was standing before his cell.

Sekhmet sneered at him with an amused look to his face. He regarded the young boy carefully, envisioning that he was strangling him, hearing him cry out for mercy. But there would be no mercy. He would suffer for the longest time until he would pass away into that blackness known as death. The thought made Sekhmet smile, but then he remembered he had other orders.

“Master Talpa wants to see you, Torrent.” he said, stepping up to the cell and unlocking it.

Cye groaned. He did not want to see Talpa, but he was in no condition to fight. Before he could even react, Sekhmet had grabbed onto him, and they both teleported just as the three Ronins appeared around the corner.

“Empty!” Ryo grunted in disbelief as he stared at the cell where Cye had been only a few minutes before. Then again he should have known they would do this.

“Man, they probably saw us coming and took him right away!” Kento said with worry in his voice. He stared toward the empty cell. Seeing it empty only strengthened his worry and concern for Cye. Where had they taken him? Were they beating him? Humiliating him? Were they…. Kento shut his eyes tightly as he forced that thought from his mind. There was no way he wanted to think of that. But so help them if they did, they would pay with their life.

Sage stared at the empty cell too. Tears ran down the sides of his face as Rowen’s image came to his mind. He just knew that Rowen had just suffered more terribly than he had ever imagined. He had to save his friend. Sage did not understand why, but he could sense that Rowen was dying. There was not much time left. He looked toward Ryo.

“Ryo, something terrible… Rowen….”

Ryo looked into Sage’s eyes and frowned. He could feel it too. “I know Sage.” He looked toward Kento. “Cye will have to wait, Kento. Rowen is…”

Kento nodded sadly. He really wanted to find Cye, but he too could feel that something horrible was happening to Rowen right now. They had to save Rowen first, then look for Cye. But before either of them could even take one step, they were surrounded by a horde of Dynasty Soldiers.

Rowen whimpered as he lay trembling face down in his cell. He'd been expecting to be killed, beaten, but not what had happened, god not that. the remnants of his clothing no longer attached to him. The cold and hunger seemed of non importance. He simply wanted to die nothing more nothing less just die. And thanks to Dais he was not granted that blissful thing called unconscious. Dais hadn't hurt . Not physically anyway. He had simply held him down... face to the floor. And...- He sobbed into the dust filled floor haunted by the creatures laughing all around.

Never had he felt so alone ... so hopeless... so valuable... so violated. He'd held on since he got here but he was so close to breaking if they offered him death for this armor he would have given it to them in a instant.

His manic laughing echoed though the dungeon walls. He'd done it he had made Strata into a swilling crying infant. He had taken from him everything he was fighting for, His kindness, his caring, his love, his protection, his good , his heart, and soon he would take his life...

Chap. 14.

The sudden appearance of the attack force caused everyone to jump, each had been lost in
they’re own worries and fears. Ryo scowled angrily at the ‘tin cans’ that had approached
from his side. He had not even heard the clanging of they’re boots a normal tell sign of
they’re approach. He glanced to his left and right, his front to back. Ryo noticed they’re
for 4 hall ways and they were at the intersection and they were surrounded in every exit
and or entrance they could find.

Kento growled holding his weapon skillfully in his hand. He was mad, no scratch that he
was pissed off . Seriously pissed off. His ferrous blue orbs scanned the ones who had
approached from his side 60 maybe 70 , not that much of a problem but still they were all
distracted , by fear and worry. Kento’s eyes fell to the leader of the group and he grinned.
“You’re gonna pay, you bastard you’re going to pay”... was all Kento said.

Sage glance to his right and noticed that Kento was grinning. He really couldn’t see what
was worth grinning at now but then again it was Kento. No matter how angry or worried
that guy got food or a fight would bring a smile to his face. His gaze shifted to his
opponents his eyes darkening dangerously . The dream.. vision.. commutation what ever it
had been about Rowen he couldn’t shake it the pain the fear.... His anger rose normally he
kept his anger in check for obvious reasons but he was past that... way.... past that. He
held his sword in separate hands ready to attack.

Ryo nodded looking around once more still in the armor of wildfire , He watched in silence
4 entries and exits and 3 people to destroy this fleet of Tulpa’s. A sudden cry of pain
jerked his mind for plotting strange to clear alertness.

Sage was out the ground but not bleeding he had dropped his sword and was holding his
head. Sage cried out is pain pleading for it to stop his sign burning so brightly the ‘tin
cans’ backed up.

Ryo looked him over with a wary glance no wounds no blood no drain on his power yet
he was screaming like he was well a prisoner in the bolus of hell. He watched as one by
one the ‘tin cans’ backed up shielding they’re faces some collapsing into puffs of black
smoke. Ryo did one final sweep making sure no one was left to sneak attack them. He
quickly went to where Sage was weakly laying there not more , breathing but no one. Ryo
touched his neck to check for a pulse Sage flinched back. Kento watched hovering above
like a worried mother hen.

Sage’s eyes up until that point had been 2 mirrors gazed over. Sage seemed to stop
breathing all together for one heart stopping moment . Then his chest rose as he greedily
took in gulps of air .He blinked once and then twice, He grabbed Ryo’s arm and pulled him
self into a sitting position.
Ryo knelt by Sage his hand on his back keeping him sitting up his eyes shined with worry
he had lost 2 of his team mates, friends, allies he’d be damned if he was gonna loose
another.

“Sage?” Ryo questioned quietly.

“Come on man say something,” Kento pleaded.

Sage closed his eyes trying to pull all he’d see together he looked up locking eyes with
their leader he said very simply and very carefully.

“Rowen is hurt bad he have to find him...Cye is with Tulpa directly above us he needs us
but not as bad as Rowen does... I know where Rowen is... I can’t give directions ... I can
sense him... I’m going to get him.... you 2 go get Cye..”

Ryo started to argue but saw Sage was dead set on what he had said, A quick glance to
Kento said that now that he knew where Cye was , That is where he was going. He looked
back at Sage and pulled him to his feet said 2 words.

“Be careful”

and went to stand beside Kento ready to blast a hole in the ceiling.

Sage nodded keeping his balance quite well he turned and took off down the hall tossing
up a hand to assure them he would be he put his sword on his back now having become
an expert on running with out the blade hitting the ground the few guards he ran into he
sliced apart before they could sound a alarm right before he went around a corner a voice
stopped him and he slammed into the wall. Hiding surprising well in the darkness for the
Ronin warrior of light he stopped breathing as he watched Cale and Dais walk past him. He
heard soft sobs and knew who it was he closed his eyes praying the warlords left and did
so quickly . It took every ounce of power he had in him to hold his ground and run to his
fallen friend. In mere seconds that sounded so close to hours days an eternity in it’s
eternity. The footsteps faded and he dare to look around the corner. No guard. Not good
that meant Rowen was too weak to put up a fight. He slowly came around the bend fearful
of what he would find his eyes darted around the room. He saw no one; it was safe, He
turned his mind to the task at hand and fearfully looked into the shadows his eyes scanning
it’s darkness the cell maybe 6 foot by 6 foot he noticed a lot of blood on the floor, no
water , no food. He noticed shredded clothing but no Rowen . His heart was racing, the
sound of a smothered sob directed his attention. There in the darkest edge of the cell curled
up was an entirely nude , and very very badly wounded Rowen. His heart skipped a breath fearful that his best friend may be dead . He opened the cell slowly leavening it open he walked
slowly to the trembling figure. God he couldn’t see his skin for blood , scaps more blood,
and certain other things that made his worst fear be verified he knelt down by Rowen and
gently touched his arm.

Rowen flinched back mumbling something incoherently he immediately started trembling
and shivering trying to curl up into a tighter ball trying to dig further back into the
darkness. Sage’s eyes filled with tears he would be angry later if his tone showed anger it
would scare Rowen to death. He brushed his hair gently with his fingertips. Rowen
shivered and pleaded.

“no...please...no... I won’t ...no...leave ...me...alone...please...help..” Rowen whispered
pleading with a un seen demon.

Sage took a deep breath and forced him self to calm before he spoke his voice just above a
whisper, soft and kind , gentle and protective.

“Easy , Rowen. It’s just me it’s Sage. You’re safe now. I promise you the warlords won’t
get to you again, Rowen, you have my word. We’ll protect you, we always have, god
Rowen forgive me it took us this long.”

Sage kept repeating the same phrases the same gentle words, for 20 min. at least.

Rowen had heard these words in his head and yet now they seemed... different more...real?
he wasn’t sure but if it was true...he had to know. He turned his head slightly and opened
one eye wincing as it pulled on his wounds to do so. Sage hovered over him like an
angel in the darkness. Rowen closed his eyes. It was Dais it had to be. It would be the first
time he had taken the form of a Ronin and beat him or... Rowen shivered uncontrollably for
a moment before again risking to look up at Sage still there , the same constant light...
the only light that had comforted him. Dais... he couldn’t do that he could take his face...
but not the halo of gold (no pun intended) that constantly surrounded the bearer of the
armor of Halo. Rowen knew he had to risk it he had to hope against hope he closed his eyes
and weakly with a scratchily voice , swollen from no liquid he was skinny and looked like
the children you see from 3rd world countries who have been starved.

“S...Sage?”

In his weak and tired voice they was a ounce of hope.

Sage smiled a tear slipping down his face he spoke 2 words.

“I’m here” He whispered gently.

Sage looked around on the bench there was a blanket probably used by the guards it looked
like it got cold down here he stood and jumped when his hand was grabbed but a weak and
trembling hand.

“Don’t leave me, not here” Rowen pleaded hoarsely

Sage smiled softly and gently squeezed Rowen’s hand in reassurance he moved quickly
he got the blanket and returned he draped the blanket over Rowen who winced in sharp
pain biting his trembling lip to keep from screaming.

“Easy... easy Rowen it’s just me, Just Sage already buddy”.

Sage slowly and as smoothly as he wrapped the old brown blanket around him and
picked him up he slowly moved out of the cell and glance to Rowen he noticed he was out
cold he paused by a bucket with clean water in it he sat down on the bench and used his
hand to cup the water, Sage gently woke Rowen who struggled to keep down the water, as
it was the first liquid,...drinkable liquid he had had since arriving. Sage smiled softly
after 9 handfuls he knew it was not wise to let Rowen drink too much too fast and knew
that the guys may need them. He again stood cradling him in his arms like a child .
Rowen weak and panting for breath after the painful movements laid his head on the
breast plate of Sage’s armor and let sleep take him he was too weak to fight it. Safe for the
first time.. he felt safe for the first time. Sage kept up his long stridden job careful not to
bounce to much for fear of hurting his badly wounded friend .

Chapt 15.

Cye was very nervous as he was led down the hall that led to the throne room. By now his heart had stopped beating violently against his chest and was more like frozen. He could barely even move on his own whether he wanted to or not, and it wasn’t just from the wounds he had either. He was frightened, and he kept getting a very bad feeling. What was going to happen? Where were his friends? Did they find Rowen yet? Or had they been captured? No. Cye did not want to believe they had been. He clung desperately to the hope his friends were still free and looking for them. He could only hope they would save them in time.

“Move it, Torrent!” Sekhmet snarled as he shoved Cye.

Cye bit his lip in pain and tried to walk faster. His seablue eyes lifted upward and saw the double gold plated doors only five feet from them. He gulped; the feeling of dread and anxiety was growing within him, and it was all he could take not to scream blue bloody murder, but even that would cause him more pain. And so he kept silent, waiting, hoping, praying his friends would arrive in time to save him.

Sekhmet held him tightly and opened the door. A cold blast of air swept past Cye and he shivered. He felt Sekhmet push him forward and he had no choice but to walk, or in his case, limp forward. Every muscle ached in his body, and it was hard not to just curl up right then and there. But he was a Ronin Warrior, and he did not wish to look weak before his enemies. His instinct was to fight back, but he was also afraid fighting back might get Rowen even more hurt. And Cye basically had no idea how Rowen was. He only knew that Rowen was suffering more then he was, and that worried him greatly.

“Ah, good, Sekhmet,” Talpa said, his eyes glowing red the moment Torrent stood before him. “Now I can get on with my plan.”

Cye’s head snapped up. “Plan?! What plan? What’s going on?” he asked anxiously.

Talpa stood up, chuckling evilly as Cye cringed. “You will soon see, Torrent. You are going to help me destroy the Ronin Warriors, and you will become my slave for the rest of your life!”

“NEVER!!” Cye cried in rage as he struggled violently against Sekhmet. The Warlord of Venom tightened his grip, then added pressure to Cye’s pressure joints, places that were already wounded, making the young Ronin cry out in pain.

Talpa laughed wickedly. “You don’t have much a say in the matter, Torrent. You will become my slave, and you will take immortality as well.”

Cye glared at him as he tried to struggle again, only to feel Sekhmet add more pain to him. He suddenly felt a strange shift in the atmosphere and looked up to see Talpa glowing pure black energy. The young Ronin’s eyes widened with shock and even fear as the evil demon continued to glow. To his surprise a huge black mist rose up from Talpa, leaving the armor shell to crash to the floor.

The mist stayed suspended in the air, slightly hovering up and down as if it were breathing. Cye continued to stare in shock, and somehow he knew this was the spirit of Talpa. And he also knew that he and his friends were in major trouble.

Before he could even think about struggling again, the spirit of Talpa moved so quickly, so suddenly, that Cye barely had any time to think at all. The young Ronin felt incredible pressure wrap against him, and the sudden heaviness weighed upon him. He couldn’t move, couldn’t think, and he felt frozen all over, unable to see or hear anything. His kanji appeared on his forehead, but flickered and died a moment later as Cye screamed once in pain. The spirit of Talpa vanished within inside him, and Cye’s eyes immediately changed from seablue to pure red.

Sage continued down the long hallway, doing his best not to jar Rowen as he carried him. The warrior was injured enough and Sage feared any more damage could be the end of Rowen’s life. Fierce anger raged on inside his heart and the ones who did this to his friend would pay. There would be no mercy.

A soft whimper came down from Rowen, and Sage stared at his badly bruised face with pity. He knew that he had to help his friend, but not here. It was far too dangerous right now. “Hang on, Rowen,” he whispered softly. “Just hang on.”

Rowen made no sign whether or not he had heard. He was unconscious, but his nightmares continued on.

As Sage got further down the hall, he could hear the sounds of battle. Getting even closer he was aware of Ryo and Kento fighting against Cale and Dais. He bit his lip. There was no way he could help them, not with Rowen in the bad condition he was. He saw Ryo slash his swords against Cale’s chest, then watched as Cale retaliated back with more force.

Ryo grunted as his back hit the stone wall. He was not about to give up. His eyes widen to see Cale coming at him with his nodatchi, and he quickly ducked and kicked the Warlord into the wall. Cale hit the wall face first and cursed. He quickly spun around and attacked again, intent on bringing the Ronin leader down once and for all.

To the right Kento and Dais were hand to hand in combat. Dais was using all of his tricks, but Kento was so angry right now he could see right through them for once. He kicked Dais in the stomach, receiving a blow in the face, then shot back with his tetsubo, catching Dais in his torso. Dais grunted a bit in pain, then somersaulted backwards, landing on his feet. He cast his weapon forward. “WEB OF DECEPTION!”

“RYO, JUMP!!”

Ryo and Kento both leaped high into the air at the same time. Dais saw it when it was too late, and he tried to pull his attack back. The attack continued on though until it caught its prey. Ryo and Kento landed on their feet, and almost felt like laughing their heads off despite the serious situation.

And Cale glared at Dais from within the webbing.

Sage stared a bit in shock himself. Never had he expected for his own enemy to be caught in a trap by one of his own comrades. The situation truly was funny. But Sage had more important things to worry about. Rowen was dying on him. He needed to get to a safe place and help him before it was too late.

He sent his friend a silent mind message. ‘Guys, I’m taking Rowen out of here. I need to. He’s… he’s dying.

Those words were enough to scare both Ryo and Kento. What was happening with Cale was no longer funny. They could not lose one of their friends, an important team member.

‘Alright, Sage. Get Rowen out of here. Kento and I will handle Dais, then look for Cye.’

‘Yeah, man. We’ll make these scumbags pay for what they did to our friends.’

Sage nodded once and turned and made his way down the hall again. He had to escape, for Rowen’s sake.

Sekhmet stared in shock at the young Ronin, now possessed by Talpa. Never had he expected Talpa to do such an act. Talpa was laughing evilly, the sound of evil filled the room, and Sekhmet could hardly believe it was him.

“M.master?” he said softly.

Talpa lifted his eyes, or rather Torrent’s eyes to view Sekhmet. A grin formed on his face. “Yes, Sekhmet, it is I. With this body I shall crush the Ronins one by one, forcing them to watch each other suffer and die.”

“And the two prisoners?” Sekhmet asked.

Talpa sat down on his throne, ignoring his empty shell of a body that lied crumbled on the floor. At the moment he could care less about it. “The two prisoners will also die. Strata is as good as dead, and Torrent will suffer as I possess him. Once his body becomes corrupted from being possessing him, he will crumble and die as well.”

Sekhmet nodded and said no more.

Dais was having a bad time in his opinion. Wildfire and Hardrock were attacking him as a team, a single unit, and it was hard to get either one of them. Both Ronins were angry as they knew what he had done to their friend.

“You’re going to pay, Dais!” Kento shouted angrily, his eyes flashing with anger. He had seen how Rowen looked in Sage’s arms and now he wanted to kill Dais. In his opinion Dais could no longer be considered a human with a mystical armor. Dais was a monster.

Dais only laughed. He was not the least bit afraid of these children before him. He would destroy them once and for all, and take their armors back to Talpa. He would be favored in Talpa’s eyes for doing such a splendid job of breaking the Ronins and defeating them.

“Do you pitiful Ronins actually believe you can defeat me?” Dais sneered as he begin to twirl his weapon around. By now Cale had passed out from behind him due to be shocked from the webbing every time he tried to escape.

The two Ronins stood on their guard, both ready to kill Dais. Ryo could feel the intensity of his armor burning within him and he was prepared to unleash the full fury of his surekill. He gripped his swords tightly, the anger blazing within him. Dais charged forth, screaming out a battle cry as he did. Ryo leapt high into the air, twirling his swords as he did so. Dais ignored him, going right after Kento.

Kento was ready though, his eyes gleaming as he suddenly engaged in fierce battle with the Warlord. Behind Dais, Ryo landed on his feet and took off down the hall, heading for Talpa’s throne room.
