Later that night Sage, Cye, Yulie and Ryo sat down on
the couch and Mia, Kento, Rowen and Comet sat down on the sofa with
White Blaze and Stealth on the floor. They were all looking at her. After a few
minutes Comet began talking. “I’ll start from the beginning. My mom and my dad,
who were guardians, were married for twenty years in that time they gave
birth to my oldest brother Anthony. When Anthony was four my mom had Anubis the
year after that they had Alex and year after that they had Max, two years after
that I was born and I was named Heather Two years after I was born, my sister
was born. My step dad named her Beatice then a year after that my brother Aldeburan was born. When I was four Anubis taught me how to defend myself, the year after
that he went to war and never returned as my mom said. At the age of six was
my down fall, and when my heart wouldn’t be picked up for two years. In May of
that year the family was kidnapped and killed all but me. Something happen to me that day. I started to break the ropes that held me to the chair with anger, I started to walk to him, he pointed the gun to me and started to fire I just dodged them and began to run. When I reached him I let out all my anger on him within minutes he was dead by that time the Cops where getting close. I ran out of the place and started to look for a place, anyplace as long as no humans lived there. It was night before I found a place I had to rest and get food I hadn’t had food all day. I had enough money to buy me something, I rested up for the night and before the sun came up I was on the road again. I traveled for three more days without food or water by the third night I found the cave in some woods. I had to get food some how I couldn’t sleep thinking that it was the end of the road. The day after I decided that I’d go hunting for food.
Three years later I saw Tahsa get thrown around by some teens. I came and helped
defend her. A few year after that I found Midnight as a cub on the side of a road. Two years later I found Stealth she was being sold for a lot of money and I didn’t
have the money so I asked if I could work out there for one year and at the end of
that year I could have the panther, we shook hands and at the end of the year Stealth
and me left. At the age of ten I found Twilight she was four mouths old and was
found by the shelter I had enough money to buy her and the stuff for her. I taught all the cats how to fight. Last year, I had saved enough money to get the cats taken care of. And a year later here I am with you guys.” she said with a sign of a tear coming up.
Rowen handed her a tissue, she thanked him. With that everyone understood
her life and what she was going through. But why did Talpa want her, she didn’t
have any armor nor did she say that she had armor.
“Why does Talpa want you, do you have armor?” asked Ryo.
“Talpa wants me because of the powers I have, it can be used for good or evil but no one but me can use the powers nor take it from me. Trust me this isn’t the
first time he tried to have me under his power. And no I have no armor.”
“What do you mean not the first time?” asked Cye.
“When I was no more than eleven, my brother tried to
trick me and say that the world would not treat me right. I didn’t believe
him something told me not to trust him it was then and there that I realized that I
was more than just a plain human I was born to be a guardian.” said Comet
“Then why are you known as Comet instead of Heather?” ask Cye.
“Because the day I lost my family was day I changed my
name.”
By that time it was bed time the boys had school the next day all but Rowen,
Sage, and Ryo who had taken the most serious injuries. They all started to claim the
shower when Mia started to have a headache and yelled, “Take the showers tomorrow right now I need some peace and quite!”
With that everyone went up stairs, got dressed for bed, and had lights out in
fifteen minutes and not a sound came out of the rooms whether the doors were open
or closed.
